Upon successful payment for an online course, digital product, or membership, you’ll be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Course Content or membership benefits solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any access or use beyond this limited license is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Prohibited Use of Course Content

4.4 Refund Policy for Online Training Courses & Digital Products

• General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our online courses and digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a course or digital product has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
• Limited Exception (7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Courses): For online courses (excluding one-time digital downloads), we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within this 7-day period, provided you’ve completed less than 20% of the course content (measured by video watch time or lesson completion markers on Podia). To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at manager@colrespect.com within the 7-day window, stating your reason for dissatisfaction and providing proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that don’t meet these criteria.
• Membership Subscriptions: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current or previous subscription periods. Access to membership benefits will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of technical issues preventing access to the course content that can’t be resolved by Col-respect or Podia, a refund or alternative solution may be considered at our sole discretion.

5. Career Opportunities

When you apply for a career opportunity through our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
