(“Col-respect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website located at www.colrespect.com (the “Website”), interact with our online courses and memberships on our Podia portal located at https://colrespect.podia.com/ (the “Podia Portal”), apply for career opportunities, or otherwise use our services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and, where applicable to personal health information, the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) in Ontario.

When your information is transferred outside of Canada, it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it’s processed and stored, and may be accessible to governmental and law enforcement agencies in that jurisdiction. - Children’s Privacy
Our Website, Podia Portal, and services aren’t intended for individuals under the age of 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we’ve collected personal information from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we’ll take steps to delete that information.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We’ll notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Website and Podia Portal with a new “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
